Job Description |
| |
You will apply your advanced skills and experience with JD Edwards E1 Human Capital Management to successfully oversee, troubleshoot and maintain the integrity of the Human Resources Management System. This opportunity calls for a critical thinker and analyst capable of supporting daily information needs of a multitude of HR functions. Specifically, you will:
•Sustain systems to ensure efficient operations, processing and report generation, as well as updating process flow and HRIS training documentation
•Make recommendations on system improvements and new applications that can optimize HR department efficiency
•Act as coordinator for new system modules and upgrades implementation, as well as point of contact for user questions and training, and liaison between HR and IT and consultants
•Perform system and data audits to ensure accurate and current employee information
•See to it that vendor interfaces are running consistently and correctly, initiate data transfers and resolve related problems
•Interact with outsourced vendors to ensure the availability and efficacy of essential system support
•Act as backup for payroll processing

Qualifications |
| |
The individual we are looking for is adaptable to frequent and rapid changes, and functions well both independently and in team situations. You must have:
•Minimum 3-6 years’ HRIS system experience, and popular HRMS technologies for payroll, learning management, time tracking, self-service, and so on
•Minimum 1 year with JD Edwards E1 Human Capital Management
•Thorough grasp of HRMS technologies and relational database concepts, practices and procedures
•The capacity to incorporate the needs and goals from various business unit, location and country perspectives into an enterprise-wide organizational and position structure
•Ability to identify and resolve gaps in processes and business practices
•Strong detail orientation paired with the ability to see the big picture
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred candidates will have:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Experience in a Shared Services environment
•Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing
